Mortgages are increasingly complex and difficult things to get right. With 55 years of experience, we are familiar with the nuances of mortgage broking. Using ‘state of the art’ software we can source the marketplace for the right mortgage for you, assist with its application, and then review as and when necessary if your circumstances change, or your current deal expires.
An initial fee may be payable up to a maximum sum of £500 on application. In addition a fee would be paid on production of an offer of mortgage that is ‘fit for purpose’. Up to a maximum sum of 1% of the amount offered. In each case an applicant would be made aware of exact fees before any work was undertaken and a specific engagement letter supplied. We also get paid an introduction fee by lenders for successful applications.
' Your home may be repossessed if you do not keep up repayments on your mortgage. ‘
Before any progress is made on any mortgage application we will confirm and agree the fee that would apply to your case.
